HUNTSVILLE, Ala. | For the final time in 2025, the UAH men's soccer team will take the pitch on Friday, Oct. 24, for Senior Night at Charger Park.

Last week, UAH earned three points in the Gulf South Conference standings with a 1-0 victory over Delta State. The Chargers are currently tied with Auburn Montgomery for sixth place and hold a four-point lead over Union. The top eight teams will advance to the 2025 Gulf South Conference Soccer Championships, which begin Nov. 9 at the Loretta P. Spencer Sports Complex in Huntsville.

UAH will look to add more points Friday night as it hosts West Alabama. The Tigers travel north on Interstate 65 having won two of their last three matches, outscoring opponents 8-2 in that span. Forward David Nunez leads UWA and is tied for the GSC lead in goals with 10.

Goalkeeper Sonny Wright, who leads the GSC in save percentage at .808, will look to slow down Nunez and the Tigers' attack. Joining him on the pitch is forward Phillip Seifert, who ranks fifth in the GSC in goals with seven this season.

Kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m., with Senior Night festivities taking place before the match. Fans are encouraged to arrive early to celebrate the careers of UAH's seniors at Charger Park.
