HUNTSVILLE | The UAH women's lacrosse team defeated Lincoln Memorial by a final score of 20-6 at Charger Park on Wednesday afternoon for the Chargers first win in the 2025 season. UAH improves to 1-1, while LMU slides to 1-1.

Ella Rutherford guided the Chargers high-powered offense on Wednesday morning with a team-high five points from three goals and two assists. The freshman also posted a team-high three ground balls and two caused turnovers.

Kourtney Bauroth and
Ava Fudjinski tied with Rutherford for the team lead in goals with three tallies apiece, while
Maya Bronson also achieved three points offensively with two goals and one assist.

Regan Flanagan and
Lauren Pfleger gave UAH six players with two goals or more in the contest, as the duo each scored twice in the rout of Lincoln Memorial.

Farrah Westfall played the majority of time in goal for the Chargers, picking up four saves and allowed four goals in 43 minutes of work. She improves to 1-1 this season in goal.

The Chargers also held the edge over the Railsplitters in shots on goal (27-11), ground balls (16-12) and draw controls (19-9) in the matchup.
Sarah Cole picked up a team-high six draw controls in the win, while also scoring one goal.

UAH is back at Charger Park on Sunday with a matchup against Lynn. First draw slated for 10 a.m. in the Rocket City.
