BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | The UAH women's basketball team's run at the 2025 Truist Gulf South Conference Women's Basketball Championships came to a close on Sunday with a 58-52 loss to first-seeded Union in the finals. UAH slides to 25-6, while UU improves to 29-3.

The Chargers look ahead to learning their fate within the NCAA Division II South Region tonight at 9:30 p.m. with the selection show. UAH was most recently ranked No. 6 in the South Region on Wednesday.

Junior
Lili Wilken led the Chargers offense in the GSC tournament championship game with a team-high 22 points as she also rated second on the team with seven rebounds. She was named to the GSC All-Tournament Team after going 9-for-22 from the field across a roster-leading 40 minutes on the floor.

Millie Brown rated second offensively for the Chargers with 12 points, with the junior sinking a roster-best four three-pointers on Sunday.

Alexis Woods pulled down a team-high 11 rebounds in addition to leading the team with two blocks, while
Bella White recorded a roster-best six assists against the Bulldogs. Woods was also named to the GSC All-Tournament Team following Saturday's game.

UAH held the edge over Union in rebounds 44-35, with seven Chargers recording three boards or more.

This was the Chargers 14th all-time appearance in the GSC tournament and the third time in the GSC championship game.
