NORTHBOROUGH, Mass. | The Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association announced its 2025 all-region teams on Wednesday, and the UAH women's lacrosse team was represented by
Sarah Cole as a Second Team All-South Region selection.

This is Cole's first career All-South Region honor, as she becomes the fifth all-region awardee in program history.

A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Cole led the Chargers with 59 points on a team-high 50 goals in addition to nine assists in her junior campaign, while also pacing the Blue & White with 40 ground balls, 26 caused turnovers and 60 draw controls.

Cole was recognized as a First Team All-Gulf South Conference honoree for the second year in a row, which is her third overall all-conference distinction.

She ended her junior season with 137 career goals scored to rank fifth all-time in UAH women's lacrosse program history. Cole is fifth in team history with 155 points (137g-18a) entering her senior campaign.

The UAH women's lacrosse team reached the GSC tournament semifinals in the 2025 campaign, finishing the year with a 7-11 overall record that included a 2-2 mark in conference matchups.
