We are deeply saddened and heartbroken by the unexpected passing of Associate Athletic Director for Marketing and Communications Sam Baldwin this weekend. 

Dr. Cade Smith, Director of Athletics had this to say: "This is devastating for all of us who loved Sam. Sam was a great employee who loved the Chargers. Sam made us better. Most importantly, he was good friend. He will be missed and he has left a void that will be hard to fill. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends."
