2015: CoSIDA Capital One Academic All-America Second Team recipient … GSC Top Ten honoree … All-GSC First Team … Earned All-South Region accolades from ABCA/Rawlings and Daktronics … GSC All-Academic Team … Made 21 total appearances … Owns an ERA of 3.32 over 38.0 innings pitched … Rated second in the GSC with nine saves, which also ranked 20th in the nation … Became the program’s save leader with 17 career saves … Has 18 scoreless appearances … Had two strikeouts or more in 11 relief appearances … Has held opponents to a .250 batting average this season … Tossed 2.0 or more innings in 10 appearances … Issued just seven walks … Helped the secure three shutouts (3/8,3/14, 3/28).

2014: First Team All-GSC ... Made 19 appearances as the team’s closer and with one start in junior season … Led the team with eight saves to go along with a 5-1 record and a 2.78 ERA … Won his first start in two years against Delta State (5/5) at the GSC Championships ...Only pitcher on the team with at least five wins and five saves … Allowed one or zero earned runs in 16 straight trips on the mound

2013: Made a team-high 16 appearances, totaling 32.2 innings on the mound  … Finished 4-1 with an ERA of 2.20 ...  Allowed one hit over 4.2 innings pitched with nine strikeouts vs. Flagler (2/2).

2012: Pitched in 11 games as a freshman for UAH, starting two … Pitched to a 4.50 ERA over 32 innings … Struck out 27 batters compared to 10 walks …Pitched 6.0 innings with one run allowed and five strikeouts vs. Kentucky State (3/13).

Prep: Attended Athens High School and was coached by Thad Prater and Michael May … Named the Decatur Daily All-Area Player of the Year … Earned All-State Honorable Mention honors … Set the school record for most wins in a single season with 11 victories on the mound … Named the team’s MVP … played in the East/West All-Star Game … Member of an undefeated American Legion team which won the state championship … awarded the Presidential Scholarship and Alabama Baseball Coaches Association Scholarship.
