2012 (JUNIOR)
Bacon pitched to an impressively low 1.95 ERA in 27.2 innings pitched, the lowest on the team for guys who pitched more than 25 innings…he appeared in 11 games in all and started five of them pitching a complete game shutout against Carson Newman on Feb. 28th which proved to be his first victory...he struck out 25 batters in all while only walking 13

PRIOR TO UAH
Attended East Central Community College … posted a 5-1 record on the mound with a 1.48 ERA … earned All-MACJC Second Team honors.
 
HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Pearl River High School and was coached by Dwight Isaac … named a Mississippi Scholar.
 
PERSONAL
Born on Oct. 27, 1989 … son of Willard and Norma Bacon … has six sisters, Tory, Jermey, Courtney, Clyme, Montae and Isley Mingo, and two brothers, Ricky and Stevie … majoring in biology.
