MEET INFORMATION
MEET SCHEDULE


ENTRIES:

Entry will be accepted online at www.directathletics.com.

Entry deadline is Tuesday, April 14, 2026 at 5:00 pm CST.

The entry fee is $80 per person with a maximum of $800 per team. Men's and women's teams are considered separate. All entries are non-refundable and must be paid through Direct Athletics.

Unlimited entries will be accepted; however, we plan to accommodate all entries and may limit field size if necessary to ensure the competition is completed.

Unattached and post-collegiate athletes will be permitted to compete upon approval or $40 entry fee. For consideration, email David Cain at caind@uah.edu and include the event(s) requested and your 2025 or 2026 performances. Approved athletes will receive further instructions via email.


LOCATION:

The meet will be held at Milton Frank Stadium, located 2.4 miles from UAH's campus.

FACILITIES:

Milton Frank Stadium served as the host site of the USATF Masters US Championship in July 2025.

The track is a Beynon Sports Surfaces BSS 1000 full-pour polyurethane running surface and was resurfaced two years ago.

Facility features include:

  • Four new LJ/TJ runways

  • New horizontal jump pits

  • Newly completed throws venue with rubberized javelin runway adjacent to the track

  • Jumbo video board with live results and video feed

  • Stadium seating capacity of 12,000

  • Multiple permanent restrooms (no port-a-johns required)

  • Showers and locker rooms available upon reservation


PACING:

Pacing lights will be used for events 800m and above. Pacers will be provided for the faster heats in those events.


TIMING:

Live results will be provided by Xpress Timing at www.xpresstiming.com. Automatic FAT timing will be used for all running events.


CHECK-IN:

Running events: Initial check-in is one hour prior to the scheduled start time. Athletes must return to the start line five minutes prior to race time.

Field events: Athletes must check in 45 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the first flight at the event site.


OPENING HEIGHTS:

Opening heights will be determined based on entries received.


SCHEDULE:

The time schedule will be revised based on entries received. The final meet schedule will be posted online and emailed to coaches.

Meet updates will be available at www.uahchargers.com.


MEDICAL:

Certified athletic trainers will be available during the meet.

Hospitality will be provided for coaches, officials, and staff. Additional information will be released at a later date.

Huntsville International Airport – 15 minutes from the track
Birmingham, AL – 1 hour, 45 minutes
Nashville, TN – 2 hours
