2016: GSC Honor Roll … Completed in five events for the Chargers … Placed 23rd in the 4K cross country event at the JSU Struts Cross Country … Placed 46th in the 5K event at the UAH Chargers XC Invite and 71st at the 2016 Gulf South Conference Championships … Posted a season best time of 19:56.8 at the Royals XC Challenge finishing 84th.

2015: GSC Academic Honor Roll …  Participated in four of the Chargers meets … Had a season-fastest time of 21:07.5 at the Choctaw Open … Also competed at the Florida State Invitational (21:37.4, 155th), the Mountain Dew Invite (21:25.7, 98th) and the UAH/Earl Jacoby Memorial (21:33.5 22nd).

Prep: Attended Patrick Henry High School in Ashland, Virginia … Participated all four years in cross country and track & field … Team won district as a freshman, sophomore and junior … Aided team to conference championship as a senior … Earned all-district as a junior and senior … Named to all-region as a junior.
