Allison Harding joined the UAH volleyball coaching staff in June 2023.
Harding obtained her master's degree in Sports Administration in 2022 from Belhaven University. She served as the Graduate Assistant Volleyball Coach at Belhaven University from 2020 to 2022. In her two years at Belhaven, she also served as a head coach for Infinity Volleyball Club, in Jackson, Mississippi. From there, she joined the Birmingham-Southern College coaching staff as the assistant coach in March 2022. While in Birmingham, she coached for Birmingham Volleyball Club.
She attended the University of Montevallo and was a member of the Falcons Women's Basketball team. During her time as a student athlete, she participated in a competitive volleyball league where she served time as the head coach. Laatsch graduated with her undergraduate degree in Business Marketing in 2020.Â
Her accolades on and off the court include being the Gulf South Conference Division II ADA Academic Achievement Honoree for Women's Basketball, being a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success, and also a member of Kappa Mu Epsilon Mathematics Honor Society.
Allison is a native of Birmingham, Alabama. She attended and graduated from Helena High School in 2016.
