HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Looking to build upon its victory over a nationally-ranked opponent on Wednesday, the UAH men's soccer team is set to host Georgia Southwestern. Game time is set for 3 p.m. on Saturday at Charger Field.
The contest marks the end of a six-game season-opening homestand for the Chargers.
UAH (3-2) dominated No. 11 Montevallo on Wednesday as
Kyle Simmons recorded his second multi-goal performance of the season, notching a pair to give him six on the season.
Felix Hjalmarsson also scored in the 3-1 victory and picked up an assist to give him 10 points on the year, a number that is good for second on the team behind Simmons' 12.

Kel Markert has a 2-2 record on the season with both wins being shutouts for the junior keeper.
Leading the brief series, UAH holds a 2-0 advantage all-time against Georgia Southwestern. The last meeting came a season ago as the Chargers won 3-2 in overtime.
Jarrod Muggleton scored two regulation goals and then picked up the assist on the game-winner in the extra period.
The Hurricanes (2-2) enter the game on a two-game slide, dropping a 3-0 contest to Flagler in their last game.
Ryan Wakenigg leads GSW with six points as he has three goals on the year, and Cade Jones has seen the majority of the time in goal for the Hurricanes as he has a 2-2 record and 13 saves on the year.
