About the Chargers

GAME NOTES
•The Chargers begin a tough four-game road swing on Thursday night with an 8 p.m. contest at Union. UAH will then travel to rival North Alabama on Saturday before visiting Christian Brothers and Delta State next week.
•UAH has yet to win a road game, posting an 0-4 mark in contests away from Spragins Hall, but each of the contests have been close and decided by 10 points or less.
•The Chargers are shooting just 39.3 percent from the field in road games including a 33-for-101 (32.7 percent) showing from beyond the arc. At home, UAH shoots 49.4 percent overall and a strong 45.7 percent from 3-point land.
•Conner Blasi is shooting 53.3 percent from the field to lead UAH's starters on the road, and he is scoring an average of 10.3 points per road contest while grabbing 4.8 rebounds per game.
•Wayne Dedrick and Ronnie Mack are combining to average 35.2 points per game this season. Dedrick leads UAH with 18.8 per contest, while Mack boasts a scoring average of 16.4.
•With Dedrick (third) and Mack (eighth) both in the top ten in scoring in the GSC, UAH is one of only two teams with two players standing in the top ten in the category. 
•Mack has been strong of late, connecting on 15 of his 23 attempts (65.2 percent) in the team's last two games. He has averaged 21.5 points per game in the two contests which is five points higher than his season average.
•With that pair leading the way, UAH is now scoring 78.9 points per game to rank fourth in the GSC.

About the Opponents

UNION
•Union has dropped two straight after winning three consecutive prior to falling at Christian Brother and Delta State. The Bulldogs are strong at home, posting a 7-1 record in Jackson.
•Four players are scoring in double figures for Union with Corieon Pearson leading the way with 18.4 points per contest. Ashanti Day is scoring 10.6 points per game while also grabbing a team-best 9.1 rebounds.

NORTH ALABAMA
•UNA avoided a three-game losing streak when it beat Christian Brothers in Memphis 96-89 after falling to West Florida at home and on the road at Delta State. 
•Rashaun Claiborne paces UNA with 18.4 points per game to be one of four Lions that scores in double figures, while Calvin Dade leads the Lions with a field goal percentage of 58
•UNA plays strong perimeter defense as the Lions are allowing opponents to shoot only 29.0 percent from beyond the arc.

Series History

UNION
•Last year marked the first-ever meetings between UAH and Union, and the Chargers won both contests.
•In Jackson last season, UAH won 78-62 as Jaime Smith scored 19, Zane Campbell added 15, and Ronnie Mack chipped in with 11.

NORTH ALABAMA
•UAH and its rival from Florence will be meeting on the hardwood for the 58th time on Saturday. Last season, the teams split the year with each picking up a road win.
•Four Chargers scored in double figures for UAH in an 70-67 win at UNA last season with Ronnie Mack and Wayne Dedrick both hitting four 3-pointers en route to scoring 16 points.
