The Chargers rebounded from a loss to No. 21 West Florida on Friday night to take the first two sets against West Georgia in convincing fashion. UAH notched a seven-point rally to end the first stanza with a set score of 25-18.

UAH continued to swing well throughout the second frame, as the Chargers outhit the Wolves .310-.091. The Chargers won 25-15 in the second, with freshman
Jordan Morrison keying the offense in the set with four kills.

West Georgia had control of the third set late holding a 22-20 lead over UAH. However, the Chargers were able to score six of the final eight points in the set to win by a final score of 26-24. Junior
Olivia Bauman totaled three successful swings in the Chargers' late run.

Overall, the Chargers had a higher hitting percentage, .203-.073, than the Wolves, and also totaled more blocks (8.0-2.0) and digs (62-56). Junior
Kennedie Lariscy anchored the UAH defense with a season-best 20 digs, while
Kendall Knisley had a season-high seven total blocks.

Anna Claire Johnson, Bauman and Morrison each had 10 kills on the day for the Chargers. Morrison finished with a team-high .421 swinging percentage. Senior
Ashton Baker chipped in a double-double with 34 assists and 10 digs on Saturday.

The Chargers are back in action on Tuesday as the squad travels to Nashville, Tennessee for a nonconference match against Trevecca Nazarene. First serve on Tuesday set for 6 p.m. CDT.
