ON THE ROAD AGAIN: The Chargers return to the road in conference play this weekend, carrying their 10-2 (5-1 GSC) record to West Florida on Friday for a 7:30 p.m. contest before heading to Mobile, Alabama, to take on Spring Hill on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. With its victory on Wednesday night against Lee, the Chargers have now won 10 games in consecutive seasons for the first time since 1997-98.
Â
NEVER EASY: Many of UAH's 10 wins have not been easy on the nerves for the Charger supporters as four games have gone to overtime, and three others have been contests that were decided by one goal in regulation. On the season in contests with a final margin of just one score, UAH is 7-1 with its lone loss a 1-0 setback at Christian Brothers.
Â
DE SMEDT CHARGING AHEAD: Sophomore
Leo De Smedt turned heads last year when he was able to be on the pitch while battling injuries, but his brilliance has only recently begun to really shine this year once he overcame another early-season injury. In the past two games, De Smedt has been responsible for the game-winning goals with both being terrific strikes.

Â
SERIES HISTORY: The overall series history is tilted towards West Florida who owns a 16-11-4 record against the Chargers. A season ago, UAH fell 4-1 in Pensacola before turning around to pick up a 1-0 win in double overtime in Huntsville.
