HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville (14-8, 8-6 GSC) volleyball team fell to Gulf South Conference opponent Christian Brothers (12-11, 9-5 GSC) in three sets on Tuesday evening at Kelly Court at Spragins Hall.

The Chargers did not lose by more than a margin of four points in the loss to the Buccaneers, as CBU won in consecutive sets by scores of 25-22, 25-21 and 27-25.

UAH rallied in the third set to take a one-point advantage with the score at 25-24, thanks to a service ace by
Haley Snyder. However, Christian Brothers then followed with a three point swing of their own on kills by Brittany Toney to complete the win.

Juniors
Olivia Bauman and Snyder led the attack for UAH, totaling 10 kills apiece in the conference tilt. Snyder had the higher hitting percentage at .286 and totaled six blocks for the defense.

Ashton Baker performed well with 32 assists, while junior
Kennedie Lariscy had a team-best 12 digs.
