CLOSING OUT THE REGULAR SEASON: The Chargers will play the final regular season game of the campaign at Charger Park on Wednesday, hosting Carson-Newman at 6:30 p.m., and the team will then hit the road to finish the regular season Friday night at West Alabama with kickoff slated for 7 p.m. in Livingston.
 
TOURNAMENT SCENARIOS: For UAH and West Alabama, the scenarios concerning seeding for the upcoming GSC tournament are simple: a UAH win or draw provides the Chargers with the No. 2 seed while a West Alabama win puts UAH at third. The game proves to be especially pivotal under the new tournament format as the top two seeds will earn a bye to the semifinals, while the No. 3 seed while host the No. 6 seed on Tuesday in the first round.
 
SUPER SENIORS: Wednesday's contest against Carson-Newman will represent the final regular season home game for seven Chargers as James Ballamy, Anthony Benitez, Cyprin Kanneh, Andrew Ingram, Brett McCormick, Kyle Simmons and Mitch Wilson will be honored prior to the contest. The seven players have all made an impact for the Blue and White, combining to play 263 games while totaling 19,123 minutes.
 
ABOUT CARSON-NEWMAN: The Eagles visit the Rocket City with a 6-7-2 record on the season, and the team owns a 5-4 mark on the road. Robert Wagner is leading the team with seven goals on the season, while keeper Kavi Luchowa owns a 1.49 goals against average and a .733 save percentage in net.
 
SERIES HISTORY: UAH leads the all-time series with Carson-Newman with a 3-2-0 margin.
 
ABOUT WEST ALABAMA: UWA enters the contest at 9-6 and 5-3 in the conference while posting a strong 7-1 mark in Livingston. Reining GSC Player of the Year Thibault Charmey is once again leading the Tigers, posting 11 goals and five assists for 27 points on the season.
 
SERIES HISTORY:
UWA has won every meeting between the two programs, including a 3-0 mark against the Chargers last year that included a 3-2 win in Livingston along with a 2-0 win in the Gulf South Conference tournament.
