CLINTON, Miss. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville women's soccer team fell on Friday by a 7-1 score at Mississippi College in the continuation of Gulf South Conference play. The Chargers slip to 3-4-1, 0-3-0 GSC, while the Choctaws improve to 6-0-1, 2-0-0 GSC.

The goal marks Pfankuch's sixth of the season and moves the sophomore into a tie atop the UAH offensive ledger with 16 points.

The 2-1 score persisted into the second half, but the Choctaws would take complete control of the contest by scoring five times in the period.

For the contest, the Choctaws held a 25-13 advantage in shots while also holding a 6-2 edge in corners.
