UAH Falls at Mississippi College Saturday

CLINTON, Miss. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville volleyball team dropped its final regular season road matchup at Mississippi College on Saturday afternoon by a score of 3-1 (26-28, 25-13, 23-25, 20-25). UAH slips to 14-14 (7-11 GSC), while MC improves to 10-19 (3-15 GSC).

Turning Point
- After UAH tied the match at 1-1 with a 25-13 win in the second, Mississippi College proceeded to take the lead on a 25-23 edge in the third before winning the GSC matchup with a 25-20 win in the fourth.
 
Inside the Box Score
- Senior Rachel Brugman led the UAH attack with 12 kills on a .333 hitting percentage in addition to a team-high seven total blocks.
- Anna Claire Johnson and Anna LeDuc joined Brugman with double-digit kills as each had 10 kills apiece.
- Kirsten Giles had a strong overall performance with four kills, 44 assists and 16 digs.
- Yonce tied Giles for the team-high on defense with 16 digs, followed by Haley Hop with 15 digs and Shelby Traff with 14 scoops.
