-The strong play for the Tigers continued with an 8-0 run in the third quarter that allowed them to go in front 43-32 by the 6:51 mark, and though UAH would narrow the gap to just four on a Speegle triple late in the quarter, UWA hit a 3-pointer at the buzzer to take a 56-48 advantage into the fourth.
-The Chargers were able to pull within five at 60-55 after an Elder layup with 4:02 left in the game, but the 9-2 run over the next 2:27 pushed UWA's lead back out to double figures and eventually to as many as 14 in the game's waning moments.
