TIGERVILLE, S.C. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville men's lacrosse team played the first road game in program history on Saturday, falling 16-1 to host North Greenville. UAH slips to 1-1 with the setback, while NGU improves to 3-3 on the season.

UAH's lone goal came from
Colton Nall, and the score for the Birmingham native and product of Spain Park High School represented the first of his collegiate career.

The Crusaders were led by Alexy Proly who scored four times while adding a pair of assists.

NGU opened the scoring with three goals in the first quarter before adding five more in the second to grab an 8-0 lead at the half, and the hosts tallied the first pair of the third quarter before Nall's strike with 8:25 left in the stanza made it 10-1.

The Crusaders then added six more scores to produce the 16-1 final.

Shots in the contest were tilted in NGU's favor by a 46-20 margin, and the home team collected 21 ground balls to UAH's 11. In clear attempts, the Chargers were 22-for-26, and NGU was 19-for-21.

Neither team was able to convert an extra man opportunity as UAH was 0-for-2 and the hosts were 0-for-3.

The Chargers will return to action on Wednesday when the team is back home at Charger Park for a 1 p.m. contest against Ohio Valley.
