FLORENCE, Ala. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville volleyball team fell in the rivalry matchup on Thursday evening at Flowers Hall to No. 24 North Alabama by a score of 3-0 (19-25, 16-25, 14-25). UAH slips to 9-3 (4-2 GSC), while UNA improves to 14-1 (6-1 GSC).

Haley Hop led the squad with 11 digs while
Rachel Brugman's 3.0 total blocks were a team-high.

- After the Chargers jumped out to a 5-3 lead in the opening frame, the Lions amassed a 6-0 rally to lead 9-5 and would hold onto the advantage en route to the 25-19 win in the first.
- UNA controlled the second set early leading UAH 13-9, and would utilize a three-point run to extend the lead to 16-9 as the hosts went on to take a 2-0 lead with a 25-16 victory in the stanza.
- North Alabama benefitted from a total of four, three-point runs in the third set to take the frame 25-14 and win the match in three frames.
