Inside the Box Score
- Following a scoreless first from both sides, West Florida pulled ahead with three runs in the second for a 3-0 lead.
- UAH found its way on the board in the top of the third on a two-RBI double to left-center by Ben Rhodes to slim the host's advantage to a run.
- A two-run homer by Justin Ambrosino pushed the Argos lead to 5-2, but the Chargers responded with Copeland's solo shot in the top of the sixth drawing UAH within two at 5-3.
- West Florida went on to plate two runs each in the seventh and eighth en route to the 9-3 victory.
- UAH posted a total of nine hits in the loss, led by Ben Rhodes with a team-high three hits and two RBI in addition to one walk.
- The Chargers starting pitcher Riley Camp took the loss to dip his season record to 2-1 after tossing the first 3.0 innings with two earned runs allowed.
