SCHEDULE CHANGE: Due to inclement weather in Thursday's evening forecast, UAH and Lee have agreed to move up tomorrow's Gulf South Conference women's lacrosse matchup to 3 p.m. from 6 p.m. at Charger Park.

HOME SWEET HUNTSVILLE: GSC action returns to Charger Park this Thursday as Lee – who is in its inaugural campaign – visits the Chargers for a league matchup at 3 p.m. UAH boasts a 6-0 record in home contests this season including a home conference victory over Montevallo on Feb. 22.

CONFERENCE POSITION: UAH leads the conference entering the second half of conference play with a 9-3 overall record and a 3-0 mark in conference play, followed by 2016 GSC Invitational Champion Young Harris in second place with a 3-1 GSC record in addition to a 6-6 overall mark. Shorter (2-2 GSC) and Montevallo (2-3 GSC) follow in the standings, with Lee rounding out the league in fifth place with a 0-4 GSC mark.

MAINTAINING POTENCY: A year removed from being the NCAA's top scoring offense, UAH remains in the top 10 in scoring so far this season with a ninth-place standing in Division II with 16.33 goals per game. The Chargers offense is paced by
Jenna Carr,
Nicole Federovitch and
Natalie Pachinger, who all average 2.50 goals per game or more and rate in the top 10 in the GSC in goals per contest.

ALL-AROUND PRODUCTION: In addition to being the Chargers leading scorer with 2.83 goals per game, Pachinger ranks second in the GSC with 4.08 ground balls per game, 2.58 caused turnovers per game and 3.83 draw controls per game. So far in her career at UAH, Pachinger has 112 career points with 91 goals in addition to 118 ground balls and 114 draw controls.

BETWEEN THE PIPES: Leslie Allen Brown boasts a 9-3 record in goal in her first collegiate season in 2017, while also ranking third in the conference with a 10.05 goals against average and fourth in the league with a .387 save percentage. Brown has totaled eight or more saves on four occasions in 2017 as well.

LOOKING AHEAD: After UAH plays Lee at home on Thursday, the Chargers will turn around and head to Cleveland, Tennessee to take on the Flames next Tuesday at 3 p.m. UAH returns home after the Lee contest to wrap up the regular season home slate against Shorter on April 8 and Young Harris on April 9 at Charger Park.

FLAMES PROFILE: Lee enters the week with a 0-9 overall record and a record of 0-4 in GSC play after most recently falling to Montevallo 14-3 at home this past Saturday. The Flames offense is paced by a pair of 14-point scorers in Brianna Schapira(13g-1a) and Hanah Rotello (11g-3a), while Abby Sanders has played the full time in goal for LU with a 19.00 goals against average and a .308 save percentage. This will be the first-ever meeting between UAH and Lee.
