MEMPHIS, TENN. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville baseball team dropped two Gulf South Conference contests at Christian Brothers by scores of 10-6 and 9-6 in the series opening doubleheader on Saturday. UAH slips to 7-10 (3-5 GSC), while CBU improves to 7-12 (3-5 GSC.)

UAH 6, CBU 10
- After both squads maintained a 4-3 lead heading into the middle of the fourth, Christian Brothers forged ahead with four runs in the fourth en route to the 10-6 win.
- UAH posted six base hits in the loss as
Ben Rhodes and
AJ Walden had two hits apiece in the loss.
- Walden recorded two base hits in the contest to lead UAH with two base hits each.

Jake Bracewell took the loss to slip his season record to 0-2.

UAH 6, CBU 9
- A duo of runs on a home run gave CBU a 2-0 lead, however UAH tied the contest at 2-2 on a two-RBI lead by
Robby Seemann.
- UAH was able to take the lead at 6-2 after a four-run rally in the fifth with a quartet of RBI by
Wright Hackett,
Jay Copeland,
Robby Seemann and
Zach Duvall.
- Christian Brothers went on to earn the victory with two runs in the fifth and sixth, respectively, en route to the 9-6 win.

Gabe Gunter was tagged with the loss to slim his record to 1-2 after one earned runs allowed on the mound.
