HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville women's basketball team slipped on Saturday afternoon at Kelly Court at Spragins Hall in a Gulf South Conference matchup to West Florida by a final score of 66-64. UAH dips to 11-9 (5-8 GSC), while UWF rises to 13-7 (8-5 GSC).

- After a successful three-point play by 
Katie Speegle slimmed the UWF advantage to 57-56 with 4:30 remaining in the fourth quarter, West Florida edged UAH 9-8 in the final four minutes to hang on for the 66-64 win over the Chargers.
