MEMPHIS, Tenn. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville women's basketball team cruised to a road win on Monday night, rolling past Christian Brothers 83-71. The Chargers improve to 5-7 (3-3 Gulf South Conference), while CBU falls to 4-7 (1-5 GSC).

Holly Harris led the Chargers in the contest as she went 8-for-11 from the floor on her way to scoring 19, and the Franklin, Tennessee, native also collected seven rebounds and matched a team-high with three assists.
-Two other Chargers scored in double figures as
Katie Speegle poured in 17 to go along with eight rebounds, and that team-best rebounding total was matched by
Aryn Sanders who was 7-for-10 from the floor on her way to scoring 16.

Morgan Tipton equaling the three assists from Harris.
-For the contest, the Chargers shot 56.1 percent, while the hosts connected on just 35.7 percent of their attempts.
-The Chargers dominated on the glass, outrebounding Christian Brothers by a 46-28 margin.
-UAH was also strong inside, recording 42 points in the paint to CBU's 30.

-After the 11-0 run to open the game, the Chargers would grow the lead to as many as 13 in the opening quarter before taking a 24-15 advantage into the second period.
-Christian Brothers scored the first four points of the second quarter, but UAH would blow the contest wide open by ripping off an 18-0 run on its way to outscoring the hosts 27-16 in the stanza to grab a 51-31 lead at the halftime break.
-The lead grew to as big as 30 points in the third quarter before the Lady Bucs outscored UAH 24-9 in the fourth with the game well in hand for the visitors.

-Harris registers a season-high in points with the 19, and she is now averaging in double figures with 10.3 points per game to give the Chargers four such players.
-The 83 points are the most scored by UAH in a regular season game this year.
-Speegle records her sixth multi-block game on the year, increasing her total to 18 blocks for the season which gives her a GSC-best 1.5 blocks per contest.
