HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville women's soccer team established a program record for goals in a game on Sunday afternoon as the Chargers defeated visiting Oakwood 17-0 at Charger Park. UAH improves to 1-2-1 on the season with the victory.

-UAH bests the previous goal-scoring record of 16 which was set on Sept. 26, 2016 against Oakwood, and the 13 assists match the program record established against Oakwood on Oct. 9, 2017.
-The five goals scored by Colvin tie the program record which was originally set by Ina Wam Bjorkid when she performed the feat against Brescia on Oct. 22, 2006.
-Colvin's 12-point showing is a program high, beating the previous mark of 10 set by Wam Bjoklid in the aforementioned game against Brescia.
-The goals for Albright and Buchanan are the first collegiate markers for the freshmen, while Kandil scores her first as a Charger.
-The win is the first career victory for interim head coach
James Ballamy.
