HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville men's lacrosse team dropped its home contest to visiting No. 13 Rockhurst on Saturday, falling 17-10. UAH slips to 1-2 (1-1 GLVC), while the Hawks improve to 4-0 (1-0 GLVC).

Turning Point
-With the game tied at 8-8 late in the third quarter, the Hawks would score nine straight to take control of the contest.

Inside the Box Score
-A trio of Chargers scored three goals in the contest, led by
Brody Phillips who also added an assist to finish with four points.
-Joining him with three goals were both
Luke LeVette and
Jake LeVette.

Josh Campbell also had a three-point game as he scored while also adding two assists.
-Each of
Kevin Coppinger,
Preston Deno, and
Jacob Glen had an assist each.

Luke LeVette paced the Chargers with eight shots of which six were on target.

Trevor Redmond led UAH with three ground balls, while Campbell paced the hosts with four caused turnovers.
-For the contest, Rockhurst outshot the Chargers by a 67-30 margin, though the shots on goal difference was smaller at 37-24.
-The Hawks were 16-of-17 in clears, while the Chargers 16-of-25.
-Rockhurst picked up 34 ground balls to 22 for UAH.
-Both teams scored three man-up goals.

-The hosts got on the board first, scoring just 45 seconds into the game, and it would remain a 1-0 game until the 9:41 mark of the quarter when
Jake LeVette tied the game.
-Following another Hawk goal,
Luke LeVette tied it up at 2-2 with just over two minutes left in the quarter, and the Chargers would go up by a pair when Campbell scored followed by a
Jake LeVette man-up goal at the 11:36 mark of the second quarter made it 4-2.
-Four straight for Rockhurst made it 6-4 for the guests, but the LeVette brothers traded goals with
Luke LeVette's man-up tally with 1:39 left in the quarter making it a 6-6 game.
-The Hawks, however, would score in the final minute of the quarter to take a 7-6 lead at the half.
-Phillips opened the scoring in the third, and though Rockhurst would answer,
Luke LeVette's second man-up goal of the game tied it up at 8-8 with 3:34 on the clock in the third.
-The 7-0 run for the Hawks started with a pair in the third and concluded at the 5:06 mark of the fourth with the Hawks up 17-8.
-Phillips then scored twice in the final two minutes to create the 17-10 final.

Luke LeVette now has a team-best 10 goals of the season, and three of his scores have been with the man-advantage.
-The three goals for
Jake LeVette represent the first of his collegiate career.
-Phillips records his first multi-goal game of the year, and it is the third of his career.
