JACKSON, Tenn. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville women's basketball team fell on the road on Sunday, losing 75-65 to host Union. The Chargers fall to 8-7 (8-7 Gulf South Conference), while UU improves to 14-4 (14-4 GSC).

-After trailing by as many as 24 points in the third quarter before trimming the deficit to just 11 going into the fourth, the Chargers would pull all the way within six in the final minute before Union scored the last four points to create the 75-65 final.Â

Alexis Woods as the forward scored 19 to go along with 17 rebounds, and she was a perfect 8-for-8 at the charity stripe.
