HUNTSVILLE | The UAH women's soccer team hosts a pair of opponents for senior weekend that starts with their final Gulf South Conference home match of the season on Friday at 5 p.m. against West Alabama. Sunday will be Senior Day for the Chargers as they host Tampa at 11 a.m.

UAH returns to the pitch after a 1-1 weekend in which they bested Delta State 4-1 on Friday and dropped a Sunday match to Mississippi College 1-0. The Chargers are currently eighth in the GSC standings with a 6-5-2 overall record and 4-4-2 record in conference play.
 
Carmen Endicott was named the GSC Player of the Week for her efforts against Delta State on Friday as she netted two goals on five attempts. In Sunday's match she recorded two of the Chargers' eight shots. 

West Alabama visits Huntsville with a 5-7-2 record (5-4-1 GSC) and sit in fifth place in the conference standings. 

Aileen Charles leads the Tigers in assists this season and is tied for second in the GSC with five assists.

Tampa will face off with the Chargers following a matchup with Mars Hill on Thursday evening. The Spartans currently hold a 4-3-4 record overall and a 1-0-3 record on the road.

Tampa is led by Nellie Bryneus and Tali O'Leary in points, with each of them having three goals and two assists.

Following the weekend's matches, UAH will hit the road to wrap up their regular season against Spring Hill and West Florida next week.
