BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville baseball team picked up a 6-5 win over Miles on Tuesday afternoon by a score of 6-5 in nonconference action at historic Rickwood Field. UAH improves to 5-3, while MC slides to 3-5.
 
Brock Butler led the Chargers offense in the win with a 2-for-4 performance and a team-high five RBI that featured a go-ahead grand slam in the top of the fifth.
 
Garrett Bodine extended his hit stream to 41 consecutive games with a 2-for-5 day at the plate, while Brennan Vasquez drew a team-high four walks.
 
Trey Wright picked up in the win in relief, after tossing 2.0 innings out of the bullpen with one hit allowed.
 
UAH is back in action this weekend at Charger Park with the start of Gulf South Conference play against Lee.
