CLINTON, Miss. | The UAH women's basketball team won 80-72 in overtime at Mississippi College behind a 36-point performance by
Lili Wilken on Saturday afternoon in Gulf South Conference play. UAH improves to 19-4 (14-3 GSC), while MC slides to 13-10 (9-8 GSC).

After making back-to-back free throws to tie the game 65-65 at the end of the fourth quarter, UAH's offense cruised to a 15-7 advantage in the overtime period as the Chargers won it 80-72 on Saturday.

Wilken's 36 points are a career-high for the junior, which now ranks tied for fifth most in a game in UAH women's basketball history. She has now totaled 30 or more points twice this season, after going 11-for-15 from the field, 4-of-7 on three-pointers and 10-for-14 from the free throw line.

The Nolensville, Tennessee, native also led the Chargers with nine rebounds and three assists across 38 minutes on the floor against the Choctaws. Wilken additionally surpassed 1,000 points in her career during the victory.

Wilken was joined in double-digit scoring by both
Alexis Woods (12 points) and
Bella White (11 points), with White also ranking second on the UAH roster on Saturday with nine rebounds.

The Chargers shot 53.8 percent (28-52) from the field and 31.8 percent (7-22) on three-pointers, while outpacing the Choctaws in rebounding by a margin of 34-24.

UAH returns to Spragins Hall for the final two times of the regular season next week with matchups slated against Christian Brothers on Thursday and Union on Saturday.
