MONTGOMERY | UAH alums Tanya Wigley Broadway and Melanie Donahoo were inducted last month to the Alabama High School Athletic Association Hall of Fame as part of the Class of 2025.

Wigley Broadway was inducted to the UAH Athletics Hall of Fame in 2023, as she was a member of the Chargers volleyball and women's basketball programs from 1989-1993. She ranks in the top 10 in UAH volleyball history in kills (1433) and sets played (504), while earning All-Gulf South Conference in 1993.

She went on to coach volleyball locally in Huntsville at Grissom High School for 25 seasons, compiling a career record of 1257-395 with two state championships.

Donahoo was a member of the UAH women's basketball program from 1990-94, as she went on to also coach locally most prominently at Huntsville High School where she has a career record of 777-151 with six state championships.
