HUNTSVILLE | The College Sports Communicators announced its Academic All-District honorees for the 2025 baseball and softball seasons, and UAH was represented by five student-athletes from softball and two from baseball.

UAH softball's CSC Academic All-District honorees include
Katie Bracken,
Maddie Cartron,
Sadie Thompson,
Jada Henderson and
Lawren Hayes. Bracken, Hayes and Henderson each earned the distinction for the second year in a row.

The Chargers baseball squad featured
Brock Butler and
Presley Walker as CSC Academic All-District, as both players earn the honor for the first time in their careers.

In order to qualify for Academic All-District, student-athletes must have at least a 3.50 cumulative GPA as well as being competing in at least 90 percent of the team's games. Pitchers are eligible with 17 appearances or 25 innings pitched.

The 2024-25 Academic All-District Baseball and Softball Teams, selected by College Sports Communicators, recognize the nation's top student-athletes for their combined performances on the diamond and in the classroom. The CSC Academic All-America program separately recognizes honorees in four divisions — NCAA Division I, NCAA Division II, NCAA Division III and NAIA.

The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2024-25 Divisions II and III Academic All-America programs.
