NASHVILLE, Tenn. | Women's Basketball closed out a two-game road trip Saturday with a 65–51 victory over Trevecca Nazarene.
The Chargers set the tone early, scoring the first nine points of the game and controlling the pace throughout. UAH carried a 26–21 lead into halftime before using a strong third quarter to create separation. The blue and white shot 4-for-7 from 3-point range and 9-for-16 from the field in the period, building a 12-point advantage heading into the fourth quarter.
The Chargers maintained control down the stretch to secure the 14-point win.
Three Chargers turned in standout performances. Bella White shot 5-for-7 from the field and finished with 13 points, while Paris Opelt added 14. Lili Wilken led all scorers with a double-double, recording 25 points and 15 rebounds.
UAH returns home Thursday, Feb. 5, to host Delta State at SportsMED Arena inside Spragins Hall. Tipoff is scheduled for 5 p.m.
