HUNTSVILLE, Ala. | The UAH Chargers men's lacrosse will travel to face Montevallo in the Peach Belt Conference Tournament Semifinals on Friday afternoon in Montevallo. Opening faceoff is set for 4 p.m.
The Chargers enter the semifinal with a 5-13 overall record after advancing through the play-in round, while top-seeded Montevallo comes in at 8-7 overall and a perfect 4-0 mark in PBC play.

UAH earned its spot in the semifinal with a dominant 23-5 victory over Virginia State on Tuesday at Charger Park. After conceding the game's first goal, the Chargers responded with seven straight scores in the opening quarter and never looked back, taking a 13-3 lead into halftime. The Chargers controlled nearly every facet of the game, outshooting Virginia State 69-17 and winning 27 faceoffs. UAH also dominated ground balls (57-31) and held the Trojans scoreless in the fourth quarter to seal the convincing win.
A balanced offensive effort powered UAH, with Nate Burt, Carson Kingsbury, and Zach Hulbert each recording three goals. Makai Hillmon and Harrison Skinner added two goals apiece, while Chris Aiello contributed a goal and multiple assists to pace the attack.
In their previous meeting this season, Montevallo defeated UAH 24-10 on April 4 at Charger Park.
The semifinal results will determine who advances to the Peach Belt Conference Championship game, scheduled for Sunday, April 26.
