PENSACOLA BEACH, Fla. | Women's Basketball standout Lili Wilken added another major honor to her historic season Thursday evening, as she was named a co-recipient of the Gulf South Conference Commissioner's Trophy at the 2026 GSC Awards presented by Caldwell Architects.
Wilken shared the women's honor with Lee's Aria Hawkins, marking the first time in conference history the women's Commissioner's Trophy has been awarded to co-recipients. It was just the fourth time overall the GSC has recognized co-winners for the award.
The Commissioner's Trophy is the most prestigious honor presented by the GSC and is awarded annually to the student-athlete who best combines outstanding athletic achievement, academic excellence, community service and extracurricular involvement.
Wilken becomes the fifth UAH student-athlete to earn the award and the first female Charger to receive the honor since UAH Hall of Famer Stephanie Pinto in 2005. It also marks the third consecutive year a Charger has won the Commissioner's Trophy, joining Sam Wilhelm in 2024 and Tommy Murr in 2025.
UAH's all-time GSC Commissioner's Trophy winners include Pinto in 2005, Luke Mould in 2015, Wilhelm in 2024, Murr in 2025 and Wilken in 2026.
The honor caps a decorated year for Wilken, who was also named a GSC Top Ten recipient, College Sports Communicators Academic All-America® First Team selection, D2CCA First Team All-American, GSC Player of the Year and First Team All-GSC performer.
Wilken was also a five-time GSC Player of the Week honoree, a GSC All-Tournament Team selection, the South Regional Most Outstanding Player, a South Regional All-Tournament Team honoree, the D2CCA South Region Player of the Year and a D2CCA All-South Region First Team selection.
On the court, Wilken put together one of the greatest seasons in program history. She finished the year with a program-record 836 points, the most ever scored in a single season by a Charger, while averaging 22.0 points per game, the third-highest single-season mark in UAH history.
For her career, Wilken averaged 20.2 points per game, the highest career scoring average in program history.
