UAH Heads Up I-65 To Face UNO

LIVE STATS | LIVE AUDIO (UNO)
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Returning to the Music City and home of the National Hockey League's Predators, the UAH hockey team will square off against Nebraska Omaha at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn. on Friday at 7 p.m. before turning around to play again at 1 p.m. on Saturday afternoon.

The Saturday contest is part of a twin-billing at the arena on Saturday as the Preds will take on the Buffalo Sabres at 7 p.m.

The contest marks a homecoming of sorts for Sebasitan and Brice Geoffrion as the pair grew up in nearby Brentwood, and their brother Blake currently is a member of the hometown NHL squad.

Scoring the team's lone goal during its recent Thanksgiving swing through the Northeast, Sebastian scored the first shorthanded goal of the season for the Blue and White against New Hampshire a week ago.

Continuing to impress in goal, Clarke Saunders owns a save percentage of .918 to go along with a goals against average of 3.29. In even-strength situations, Saunders has been even more stellar as he has allowed only 23 goals with both sides skating the same amount of players.

UNO is led by Terry Broadhurst who has scored 14 goals while adding eight assists for 22 points, and Matt White is right on his heels with 21 points  on the strength of six goals and 15 assists.

John Faulkner has received the majority of minutes in goal, owning a 4-4 record to go along with a save percentage of just .862 and a 3.28 goals against average.
