Box Score HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The UAH women's soccer team dropped a 2-0 decision to No. 6 West Florida at home on Sunday afternoon. The loss puts the Lady Chargers at 3-8-4 (1-6-1 GSC) while UWF improves to 9-0-3 (6-0-1 GSC) on the season.
Chelsea Palmer accounted for both of UWF's goals in the contest. Palmer notched her fifth goal of the season off a corner kick in the 15th minute while recording her second goal of the game 11 minutes later, and the score would remain that way at the half.
UAH then showed a strong performance in the second half, attempting four of the five shots that the Lady Chargers would register on the day, and the team would take four corners in the final 45 minutes compared to three for the Argos.
West Florida would finish the game with advantages in shots (26-5) and SOG (13-3). UWF also held a 12-4 edge in corner kicks.

The Lady Chargers will return to action next when they welcome the visiting Lee Flames to Charger Park next Sunday at 1 p.m.
