BACK IN THE ROCKET CITY: UAH returns home to face Tennessee Wesleyan in the 2014 home opener, looking to rebound from a pair of road setbacks over the weekend. While UAH went 2-4-4 at home a season ago, the Chargers did start out strong on the home pitch with four unbeaten matches to start the year with a 2-0-2 record.

HOME OPENER HISTORY: The Chargers have been strong in home openers of late, going unbeaten in six of the last seven with the only setback in 2012 to perennial power North Georgia.

SCORING SUCCESS: Though the Chargers have conceded nine goals to start the season, UAH's offensive output is quite strong with two scores against Belmont Abbey and three in the contest at Newberry. A season ago, the Chargers took seven games to register the same five-goal mark. The offensive attack has thus far been balanced with each goal being scored by a different player.

ABOUT THE OPPONENT: Tennessee Temple enters the contest with an 0-2 mark, allowing 13 goals in the two games while being shutout in each. The Lady Crusaders lost 9-0 at Reinhardt to open the season before falling 4-0 on the road at Oakland City.

SERIES HISTORY: UAH has met Tennessee Temple twice, winning both contests.

LAST YEAR AGAINST THE LADY CRUSADERS: A season ago, the Chargers erupted for five goals against Tuesday night's opponent including scores from Maddie Maurice, Melody Dodd, Alex Petermann and Summer Mooney. UAH held a whopping 23-3 advantage in shots and a 7-2 margin in corners.
