Live Stats | Listen Live | Watch LiveON THE ROAD AGAIN: After playing four of the last five at home, UAH starts a tough stretch of four straight on the road this week with a 4:30 p.m. CST trip to West Georgia on Thursday before turning around to face West Alabama at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The Chargers are presently 11-6 overall and boast an 8-5 mark in Gulf South Conference action.
 
RECAPPING LAST WEEK: The Chargers extended their win streak to four games with two home wins, knocking off Valdosta State 49-47 and then outlasting West Florida 68-65 in overtime and on national television.
 
STREAKING: During the four-game winning streak, the Chargers have averaged 63.8 points per contest and have been especially tough defensively, limiting the opposition to a shooting percentage of 38.2 percent during that span.
 
AROUND THE GSC: UAH remains in sixth in the GSC despite the four-game winning streak, but the Chargers certainly have made up some ground on the lead pack and is now just a game back of Shorter and West Florida who are tied for fourth and only two games out of third where Lee sits at 10-3. The top of the standings has both Union and Delta State tied at 11-2. Going the other direction, UAH has distanced itself from seventh-place Valdosta State and eighth-place Christian Brothers who are 5-8 and 4-9, respectively.
 
SENIOR LEADERSHIP: The Chargers offense has been led by a senior in 13 of the Blue and White's 17 games this season, and 
Dina Saunders is pacing the squad as the leading scorer in seven games. Overall on the year, Saunders has a team-best 12.4 points per game followed by fellow senior 
Halle Jarnagin's scoring mark of 10.1 per contest.
 
ABOUT WEST GEORGIA: The Wolves go into Thursday's contest with a 3-16 record and a 3-10 mark in GSC action. Katrina Littlepage has been impressive for UWG, however, as she is scoring 18.2 points per game having earned 160 trips to the charity stripe in 19 contests.
 
SERIES HISTORY: The Chargers pulled a game closer in the all-time series that West Georgia now leads 27-23 after knocking off the Wolves in Huntsville earlier this season. On Dec. 12, UAH won 58-54 as 
Loren Foster knocked in five 3-pointers en route to scoring a team-best 18 points.
 
ABOUT WEST ALABAMA: Going into this week, the Tigers are 6-11 overall and hold a 3-9 record in conference play, and the team is 4-4 at home heading into Thursday's home game against North Alabama. The team's lone player averaging double figures is Ariel Wilson who is scoring 14.8 per contest to go along with a team-best rebounding average of 5.6 boards per game.
 
SERIES HISTORY: UAH trimmed West Alabama's lead in the all-time series to 31-27 with a 72-63 win over the Tigers on Dec. 10. In that victory, 
Dina Saunders scored 21 to lead the Chargers, hitting three of the 12 3-pointers that UAH made in the contest.
