ONE MORE ON THE ROAD: The UAH women's basketball team will return to action on Tuesday, traveling to Evansville to face Southern Indiana at 6 p.m. The Chargers head to the Hoosier State with an 0-2 record on the year.

RECAPPING THE LAST TIME OUT: The Chargers were off last week after opening up the 2016-17 season at Tuskegee with a pair of games against SIAC opponents, falling 66-50 to Claflin and 71-65 to the host institution.

SHARP-SHOOTING FOSTER: Junior
Loren Foster is off to a terrific start to the season from 3-point land, going 5-for-7 from beyond the arc en route to leading the team offensively with 10.5 points per game. For her career, Foster is a 44.3 percent 3-point shooter.

FRESH FACES: Through the two games, UAH has a pair of freshman that is making a significant impact with both of them ranking in the top five of UAH's scorers.
Aryn Sanders is averaging 9.5 points per contest after scoring 13 in the setback to Tuskegee, while
Katie Speegle has 5.5 points per game to go along with a team-best 2.5 assists per game.

ABOUT SOUTHERN INDIANA: USI is 3-0 on the season and have compiled that record in impressive fashion, scoring over 100 points twice, and for good measure, the team also won an exhibition contest over Division I member Butler. The team is strong defensively, holding its opposition to 51.3 points per contest and a shooting mark of 34.0 percent. Hannah Wascher leads four players who are averaging double figures with 17.7 points per game.

SERIES HISTORY: Southern Indiana leads the all-time series between the two programs with a 3-0 record against the Chargers, and the last meeting came a year ago when USI was a 77-46 winner in the Rocket City.
