BACK IN ACTION: For the first time since the March 9, the UAH men's lacrosse team will be in competition as the squad hits the road for a pair of games in the first half of the upcoming work week. The Chargers (1-2) will take on Catawba at 3 p.m. CDT on Monday to start the first multi-game road trip in program history, and on Wednesday the team travels to Wingate for a 6 p.m. CDT contest.

RECAPPING THE LAST TIME OUT: The Chargers played for just the third time and only the second time at Charger Park on March 9, falling 17-14 to visiting Ohio Valley. Five different players registered a multi-goal showing led by
Quincy Ward and Daniel Wilson who both scored three times.

STINGY MAN-DOWN DEFENSE: UAH has yet to allow a goal while playing a man-down on the year as the opposition has gone 0-for-13 in those situations on the year.

GOAL LEADERS: The three-goal performances by Ward and Wilson in the Ohio Valley game has the pair tied for the team lead in goals as both now have five on the season. Wilson has fired off a team-best 24 shots and 18 of those have been on goal.

STRONG IN GOAL: The Chargers rank 11th in Division II in saves per game, registering more than 14 per game, and
Michl McNeil is 15th in the country with 12 per contest.

ABOUT CATAWBA: The Indians enter the game at 2-4 after winning 17-6 at Mars Hill on Saturday. Leading the team offensively is Connor Kennedy who has 11 goals and three assists, while Josh Reedy has a team-best 17 points on six goals and 11 assists. Ryan Applegate is 2-4 on the year in goal for Catawba.

ABOUT WINGATE: The Bulldogs are also coming off of a win, owners of a 4-5 record after beating Lincoln Memorial 18-10 on Saturday. Daniel Godwin has a team-best 15 points off of eight goals and seven assists on the year, while Jeremy Sullivan is in double figures in goals with 11. Jacob Ormerod has earned the lion's share of minutes in goal for the Bulldogs, posting a 3-3 record.
