UPCOMING WEEKEND: UAH is set for its final regular season WCHA series with trip to Bowling Green this weekend with puck drops slated at 6:07 p.m. on both Friday and Saturday night. The Chargers 4-19-1 all-time against the Falcons, as Bowling Green took both games in Huntsville on Nov. 18-19 earlier this season.

RECENT ACTION: Prior to being idle this past weekend, UAH wrapped up its 2016-17 home slate with a series split with rival Bemidji State on Feb. 10-11, as the MacNaughton Cup Champion Beavers won the opener 3-2 prior to the Chargers dominantly taking the finale 5-2. The Chargers currently sit in ninth with 30 league points on a 9-14-3 league record and a 9-20-3 overall record entering the final weekend of the regular season.

LEADING BLUE LINER: Sophomore Cam Knight moved to a tie for sixth in the WCHA and tied for second amongst the league's blue liners with a career-best and team-high 16 assists this season, after chipping in assists in both games against BSU to own a three-game assist streak dating back to Alaska (Feb. 4). Knight is tied for second on the UAH roster with 19 points from an additional three goals this season, and his 19 points are the most for a UAH defenseman since Matt Baxter's 22 in 2010-11 and his 16 assists are most for a Charger defenseman since Brandon Roshko's 17 in 2007-08.

HOMETOWN PRODUCTION: Junior Josh Kestner has enjoyed a career-best campaign with nine goals and 13 assists for 22 points, and he's ranked tied for 14th in the WCHA in points entering the Chargers final regular season series. Kestner's 22 points are more for a Charger since teammate Max McHugh achieved 23 points (12g-11a) as a freshman in 2014-15.

TOP PERFORMANCE: Brennan Saulnier had his strongest series performance in the 2016-17 campaign with a trio of points in the Bemidji State series split as he registered a goal in both games and added an assist in the 5-2 win in the home finale. Saulnier now ranks tied for fifth on the roster with 15 points from six goals and nine assists, and he's scored a goal in four of the past five games for UAH.

CONSISTENT SCORING: Max McHugh has chipped in an assist in three straight WCHA series for the Chargers after assisting on one goal in the series opener this past weekend against Bemidji State. McHugh now rates tied for second on the UAH offense with 19 points (8g-11a) and is on the verge of his third-consecutive 20-point season in the Blue & White.

JUNIOR RISES: Brandon Parker now has a career-best 15 points on six goals and nine assists so far this season after adding an assist in the opener against the Beavers. The Faribault, Minnesota, native has eclipsed 10 points as a defenseman in each of his three years at UAH, totaling 42 points from nine goals and 39 assists over 103 games played.

DOUBLING UP: The Chargers have a total of nine players who have reached double-digit point totals in the 2016-17 season, which is the most in the program's WCHA history and most since 2009-10 when the squad boasted 11 players with 10 points or more.
