HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville hockey team has altered its upcoming three-game schedule in the state of Michigan to be games on Saturday and Sunday at Lake Superior State along with a single game next Tuesday at Ferris State. All three games are non-WCHA contests.

Puck drops at 4 p.m. CT on Saturday at Lake Superior State, followed by a 2 p.m. CT game time on Sunday. UAH and Ferris State will face off at 4 p.m. next Tuesday, Dec. 8.

The Chargers were originally slated to play at FSU this Thursday, which was scheduled to be followed by games at LSSU on Sunday and Monday.

UAH is coming off a close 4-3 loss at Robert Morris to wrap up opening weekend on Nov. 21-22, as the Chargers also dropped the opener to the Colonials by a 5-2 score.

The Blue & White's offense is led by a pair of three-point performers at Robert Morris, including
Tyrone Bronte with three assists and
Tyr Thompson with two goals and one assist.

All three of the Chargers goalies saw action during the first series of the season, as both
Derek Krall and
George McBey made their first appearances of their careers.
David Fessenden had a strong first start in his sophomore season with zero goals allowed and 20 saves in 40 minutes between the pipes.

UAH's upcoming three-game schedule will wrap up the 2020 calendar year for the squad, as the Chargers look ahead to Jan. 1-2 at Michigan Tech to start conference play and the New Year.
