JACKSONVILLE, Ala. | The UAH women's basketball team fell in an exhibition at Division I Jacksonville State by a final score of 67-53 on Friday evening.
 
Sophomore Elyse Hughes led all Chargers with 15 points on Friday as she went 6-for-7 from the field while grabbing two rebounds.
 
Hughes was joined in double-figure scoring by Haelim Adle at 11 points and Jesse Jennings with 10.
 
Adle additionally led the team with seven rebounds, followed by Jennings' seven boards that rated second for the Chargers.
 
Overall, UAH shot 39.6 percent (19-48) from the field and 25.0 percent (3-12) on three-pointers.
 
The Chargers play their third and final exhibition of the 2023-24 campaign on Tuesday at crosstown foe Alabama A&M.
