Men's Lacrosse Welcomes Lewis to Charger Park on Saturday

HUNTSVILLE | The UAH men's lacrosse team will welcome in the Lewis Flyers for a non-conference matchup at noon on Saturday at Charger Park. 

Admission to all regular season home games at Charger Park is free again this season, courtesy of Alabama Credit Union.

The Chargers return to action after a 14-7 loss against Embry-Riddle last week as they hold a 4-5 record overall. 

UAH leads the Peach Belt Conference in caused turnovers this season with 112 total for a 12.44 caused turnover per game average. The Blue & White are averaging 12.11 goals per game this season.

Pete Fabrizio leads the UAH offense in points and goals this season with 28 total points on 25 goals and three assists. Three Chargers have 10 or more caused turnovers this season, with Will Bond leading the way with 15, followed by Collin Galinski with 13 and Will Kastel at 11. Ty Cassidy leads the Chargers in ground balls at 25. 

The Flyers visit Charger Park with a 5-3 record and are coming off of a 10-7 loss against No. 13 Mercyhurst last week. Lewis is led offensively by top point-getter Evan Clement who has 33 points on 19 goals and 14 assists. Logan Suchy leads the Flyers in caused turnovers with eight, while Dominic Tarello has hauled in 31 ground balls.

Following tomorrow's match, the Chargers will travel to Fort Lauderdale next weekend to take on Flagler to open up Peach Belt Conference play.
