The Chargers come into the Saturday afternoon contest with a 13-3 overall record and an 8-2 mark in GSC play, after most recently topping Auburn Montgomery on Saturday by a score of 89-49. UAH is currently second in the GSC standings entering the week's schedule.

First-year head coach
Allen Sharpe's squad is the lone team in the GSC to rank in the top two in points per game and points allowed per game, with the Chargers averaging 74.9 points per contest while limiting opponents to 56.4 points per game.

Lili Wilken leads all UAH scorers with 14.1 points per game to rank sixth in the GSC, as she also rates in the top 10 in the league with 6.4 rebounds per game, 3.6 assists per game and 2.0 steals per game.

Wilken headlines an offense that features three players scoring 10 points or more, as
Alexis Woods (10.9 PPG) and
Millie Brown (10.4 PPG) with double-digit averages.

UAH continues to be the top rebounding team in the conference with 42.8 rebounds per game, which ranks 23rd in NCAA Division II.
Bella White has pulled down a team-high 103 rebounds, followed by Wilken with 102 boards.

West Alabama enters Saturday's matchup with an overall record of 2-12 and 2-8 in GSC action, following a 70-60 loss to Montevallo on Saturday. The Tigers average 60.1 points per game, guided by Kendall Lacoste with 13.8 points per contest.
