BIRMINGHAM, Ala. | The Gulf South Conference announced its weekly women's basketball award winners, and UAH was represented by
Lili Wilken as GSC Player of the Week presented by Truist.

This is Wilken's first career GSC Player of the Week award and the first Charger to be honored as the league's top weekly player this season.

A native of Nolensville, Tennessee, Wilken had an outstanding performance in Saturday's comeback win over West Florida with a team-high 28 points to go along with nine rebounds, three assists and two steals across 40 minutes on the floor.

The junior followed up that performance in yesterday's dominant win at Valdosta State with a roster-leading 17 poitns and nine rebounds against the Blazers.

This season, Wilken leads UAH and is third in the conference with 15.2 points per game while also ranking seventh in rebounding with an average of 6.6 boards per game.

UAH looks ahead to two GSC games at Spragins Hall this week including matchups against Lee on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. and Trevecca Nazarene on Saturday at 2 p.m.
