HUNTSVILLE | The UAH women's basketball team is back in action at Spragins Hall with two Gulf South Conference matchups this week beginning on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. against Montevallo followed by Auburn Montgomery on Saturday at 2 p.m.

The Chargers comes into the week with an 11-3 overall record and a 6-2 mark in GSC play, following a 66-58 win on the road at Christian Brothers this past Saturday. UAH is currently third in the GSC standings entering the homestand.

UAH is the lone team in the GSC to rank in the top two in the league in points per game at 74.5 and points allowed per game at 56.6. Junior
Lili Wilken has led the Chargers offense in her first season in the Rocket City with 14.3 points per game, which rates tied for fourth overall in the conference.

Wilken additionally is tied for the team lead with 51 assists, while rating second on the roster with 87 rebounds.

Alexis Woods has scored 10 points or more in 10 of the last 11 matchups, as she now ranks second on the UAH offense with 10.8 points per game while shooting 57.9 percent from the field.

The Chargers have had a bevy of success from beyond the arc, shooting 35.3 percent on three-pointers to rank second in the GSC in both three-point percentage and made three-pointers. Four UAH players have sunk at least 20 three-pointers, guided by
Millie Brown's GSC-leading 45 triples.

Montevallo enters the week's slate with an overall record of 5-7 and a 3-4 mark in GSC play, following an 88-69 loss at Auburn Montgomery on Saturday. The Falcons average 64.4 points per game, led by Aubrey Sorrels with 11.6 points per contest.

Auburn Montgomery starts out the week with a 5-7 overall record and 3-4 in GSC contests, after most recently topping UM at home on Saturday 88-69. The Warhawks average 67.5 points per game, guided by Allasha Dudley with a scoring average of 19.2 points.

UAH holds all-time series records of 39-36 against Montevallo and 5-10 against Auburn Montgomery.
